HISTORIC & NOTEWORTHY PROPERTIES
Restored and Reimagined
Beyond building companies and producing events, I extended that same vision into physical space—acquiring and restoring historic properties and transforming them into immersive environments. These weren’t just renovations. They were complete reimaginings—where architecture, atmosphere, and experience came together to create something people could feel the moment they walked in.
189 N Trade St — Matthews, NC (2011)
A Victorian-era building originally constructed in 1900, restored from a state of disrepair into a flagship two-story dance and event hall. The renovation preserved its original character—red pine hardwood floors, exposed brick, and arched windows—while reimagining the space into something elegant, functional, and alive. What was once dilapidated became a refined environment built for performance, community, and experience.
170 Main St — Buford, GA
A historic brick church transformed into a multi-level performance venue, featuring a soaring arched ceiling, main-stage performance hall, and a fully built-out basement nightclub space. The structure’s original presence was preserved, while the interior was reengineered to support live production, energy, and flow—creating a space that could shift seamlessly between elegance and intensity.
